Monthly Initiation
Like the name says this is a monthly initiation. Initiation means that it is starting a phase. WIth the skills of breaking down big pieces into manageable pieces, you will learn the importance of the project description for the pieces helping you to make incremental progress throughout the project. You will also learn to prioritize and breakdown with this repeated cycle.

At the Initiation, you only touched on the high level points of the project. At this point you bring the top level action to a more manageable broken down piece.

Grabbing a full concept and passing it along to others is not easy. If you want a house, the town has different ideas on what a house is, the architect has other ideas, the concrete contractor and all the others have different ideas of what that means.
It is effective to break it down into manageable pieces and have the team understand what is being worked on for the period (phases, or months), for their part of the project, and more if needed.

The monthly initiation is an initiation after all. This period is a breaking down the larger purpose presented in the Project Initiation into more directed activities. These actionable points are effective and directed to the group of people involved in the project at this point so they can achieve results in scope with the project objective.
